Account Executive - Wizstar

Los Angels, CA

Location: Los Angeles, CA

About Wizstar

Our mission is to help organizations turn any engagement idea into an interactive reality.

We see digital interaction as a creative practice, not a static broadcast. Finding and connecting with your audience takes unique content and constant iteration. As AI makes basic video generation faster and tactics easier to copy, hyper-personalized, interactive digital human experiences are the only lasting advantage.

Here is our unfair advantage: Wizstar operates with the speed, agility, and culture of a Day 1 startup, but we are exceptionally well-capitalized and deeply resourced. We have bypassed the typical startup grind of constant fundraising and survival anxiety. Instead, we have immense R&D power, cutting-edge AI infrastructure, and long-term financial stability to focus entirely on one thing: market execution and product innovation.

We have perfected our digital human and interactive live-streaming technology. Now, we are aggressively launching our go-to-market motion in the US—and we are looking for builders to lead the charge.

AI Avatar @ Wizstar

Wizstar is building the interactive AI platform of choice for the best marketing, sales, and content teams in the world. Our journey is powered by creativity, and a belief that the best teams treat their content and live-streaming like a product: constantly shipping new interactive formats and never assuming that what engaged audiences last quarter will work next quarter. We sell that way too.

We describe ourselves as video-tech consultants: account executives with a product mindset. We don't just sell Wizstar. We learn how a prospect's content, live commerce, and customer engagement motion actually works and show them what's possible with our interactive digital humans.

Because we are in the early stages of our US expansion, this is a builder’s role. Every deal is a net-new customer discovering the magic of AI video and live streaming for the first time. You won't just be handed a static playbook; you will help write it. Our motion is high-velocity but consultative; we move fast, but we also go deep. This role won't look the same in six months as it does today, and that's the point. We're looking for people who want to grow alongside us and help redefine what great selling looks like in the era of spatial computing and AI generation.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a founding GTM pillar in the US: Own and close net-new business end-to-end, helping us establish a strong foothold in the North American market.
  • Prospect into target accounts (forward-thinking brands, agencies, creators) and build a robust pipeline from the ground up.
  • Run tailored product evaluations and demos that connect Wizstar's digital human capabilities to a prospect's specific content generation and live-streaming workflows.
  • Lead consultative discovery that helps early-adopter prospects see the ROI and creative possibilities of Wizstar.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams to channel US market feedback directly into our product roadmap.
  • Help build our US sales playbook, processes, and culture as we scale.
  • Use AI creatively, whether to generate personalized outreach videos using our own product or to improve your daily workflows.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years in a closing role (AE, senior AE, or sales leader) with a track record of carrying and exceeding quota.
  • Proven ability to hunt and build pipeline from scratch, not just manage inbound leads. You thrive in a "Zero to One" environment.
  • Experience closing new-logo deals in the [$50K-$100K] range with multiple stakeholders in a consultative, solutions-oriented selling motion.
  • High business IQ: you can walk into a conversation with a brand you've never sold to, quickly understand their marketing/e-commerce/live-streaming motion, and identify where Wizstar creates value. This is the single most important skill in the role.
  • Creative and resourceful, whether that's finding clever ways to use AI video tools in your own work or learning and pitching all of Wizstar’s exciting use cases.
  • Experience with a formal sales methodology (we don't care which one, but you have a structured approach to running deals).
  • You're an entrepreneurial communicator who can hold a room (or a Zoom call) without dominating it.

Why This Role You get the absolute best of both worlds: the massive upside, equity potential, and creative freedom of an early-stage startup, completely free from the existential financial dread that usually comes with it.

We believe we're building the future of what great salespeople look like in a post-AI world. You'll get a front-row seat to how the best brands in tech and retail actually operate their next-gen media strategies, and you will be the bridge that brings world-class AI technology to them.

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
