Merchandising Operations (Contractor)

Work Details: This is a 6-month contract with remote flexibility based in Metro Manila, with potential to extend depending on business needs.

Scope of Work:

  • Support product data management related to tree categories, including data validation, attribute audits, and structured clean-up initiatives within the Product Information Management (PIM) system.
  • Assist with new product introduction (NPI) PIM enrichment, creating upload templates and ensuring that data is complete, accurate, and adheres to established data standards for tree SKUs across brands and channels
  • Perform product data quality assurance (QA) prior to site launch, validating attributes, hierarchy placement, and other channel-specific fields
  • Assist with cross-system data checks to ensure alignment between PIM and downstream systems (ecommerce platform, marketplace feeds, ERP), escalating discrepancies as needed.
  • Support Merchandise Operations team in product data issue resolution across various communication channels, particularly supporting tree UPC attribute management, investigating and correcting incorrect product data showing up on the website.
  • Partner with Merchandising Operations and cross-functional stakeholders (Merchants, Creative, Site Merchandising) to resolve data gaps, clarify requirements, and support timely product setup.
  • Note: the primary focus of this role is supporting our Trees category, but you may be asked to lean into product data management of other categories & businesses.

Requirements:

  • At least 2nd year of a Bachelor's Degree in any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in MS Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop new skills.
  • Great attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.
  • Good critical thinking/problem solving skills and experience with data entry/management.

Status:

  • Contractual, home-based role requiring 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
  • No employee benefits due to contractual nature. Paid overtime may be required.
  • Contract duration: May 2026 - November 2026 (may be shortened or extended depending on business needs).

Hourly Rate: USD 5.38 hourly (Non-negotiable)
