  • Identify local traffic-driving opportunities through hotel partnerships, concierge outreach, tourism relationships, mall partnerships, local events, and community engagement
  • Partner with the Headquarters People Team and recruiting partners on staffing strategy, including resume review, interviewing, hiring communication, onboarding, scheduling optimization, performance management, coaching, and succession planning
  • Ensure stores consistently execute company operational standards, policies, inventory procedures, loss prevention practices, and safety requirements
  • Support store managers with contractor scheduling for facility maintenance, payroll optimization, budget & expense approvals
  • Travel regularly between Hawaii and California to support stores, teams, and new retail initiatives as needed

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in multi-unit retail leadership, district management, area management, or similar field leadership roles
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, operational performance, and team development across multiple retail locations
  • Experience operating in premium retail, experiential retail, tourism-driven retail, hospitality-adjacent retail, or customer-service-intensive environments preferred
  • Strong visual merchandising instincts and experience driving sales through storefront presentation, customer flow, product storytelling, and customer experience execution
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving retail environments with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Digitally savvy with experience using point-of-sale systems, retail reporting tools, and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and working across multiple time zones

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
