Sales Enablement Specialist, Outbound & Partner Sales

Utah | Hybrid

Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days (Tuesday - Thursday) each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.

Essential Job Duties

As a Sales Enablement Specialist at BambooHR, you will help our Outbound & Partner Sales segments perform at their very best.

Partner and Outbound are relatively new sales motions at BambooHR - so initially, your role will be heavily focused on enabling these teams through building and refining new sales processes and workstreams, such as a new book of business model for our Partner Sales segment.

Over time, your focus will shift to more heavily supporting onboarding, training, and coaching individual reps. You’ll help them develop their sales skills, grow their careers, and effectively engage with prospects. Ultimately, your training and coaching will help them to fully live one of our core company values, Grow from Good to Great!

Specifically, your role’s focus will encompass the following:

  • Building. For your first few quarters, your role will have a heavy emphasis on creating new processes and resources, doing things like:
    • Collaborating cross-functionally with Outbound and Partner Sales leaders to develop new sales processes and workstreams.
    • Taking new processes and workstreams and developing them into rep-facing content (such as talk tracks, best practices, methodologies, etc.)
    • Building onboarding and learning content that captures new processes and workflows.
  • Training and Coaching. Once Outbound and Partner processes and programs are fully built, your day to day will shift more heavily to:
    • Collaborating with other Training and Sales Enablement team members to manage BambooHR’s sales onboarding program.
    • Partnering with Outbound and Partner Sales Managers in the ongoing development of their team members after onboarding.
    • Conducting regular coaching sessions with Outbound and Partner Sales Reps, with the goal of influencing ongoing performance improvement on the floor.
    • Designing, architecting, and executing training content that facilitates retention of material and enables Outbound and Partner Sales Reps to achieve success in their roles.
    • Working across Sales Enablement team members and other key stakeholders to drive strategic Sales Enablement initiatives and continually improve program offerings.

What You Need to Get the Job Done

  • Sales Enablement Background: You have 2-5 years of Sales Enablement experience (preferably in a SaaS environment).
  • Sales Understanding: You have a solid foundational understanding of sales methodologies and tools.
  • Project Management: You’ve developed strong project management skills and can see complex initiatives through from start to finish. (And you also ruthlessly prioritize when balancing multiple projects! )

  • Creative Problem Solving: You thrive amidst ambiguity and approach novel problems with curiosity. You love thinking outside the box, experimenting, and applying industry best practices to new situations.

Form CC-305

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
