Manager, Expansion Sales
Work Mode: Please Note: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week. Additionally, employment with BambooHR is contingent on passing both a background and credit check.
Essential Job Duties

You’ll own pipeline generation, guide sales execution, and drive revenue growth. What You'll Do
- 1:1 Meetings: Conduct frequent one-on-one meetings with team members to monitor morale, performance, goals, and progress.
- Coaching and Development: Provide tailored coaching to improve skills and processes for all direct reports.
- Achieve Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR).
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve issues, questions, and escalations related to specific customer situations.
- Onboarding and Training: Manage the onboarding, training, and ramping up of new team members.
- Process Improvement: Adjust team processes and collaborate with Sales Operations and other teams to troubleshoot and solve system issues.
- Team Training: Coordinate and conduct training sessions to maintain and improve team performance.
- Metrics and Reporting: Monitor team metrics and participate in team reporting and forecasting.
- Talent Identification: Proactively identify and vet potential candidates for expansion roles.
- Organizational Alignment: Ensure alignment by maintaining a customer focus, sharing company strategy, and collaborating to achieve company goals.
- Personal Growth: Strive for personal growth by seeking feedback, being self-aware, and embracing challenges and opportunities.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
- 2–3+ years of experience in SaaS sales management, with a proven track record of leading teams focused on expanding existing accounts and driving growth within established customer bases.
- At least 2 years of experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive in a SaaS environment, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling.
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline growth and consistently meet or exceed expansion targets, delivering outstanding team results.
