What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a Manager of International Account ManagementThis person plays a critical role in advancing the organization’s long-term growth objectives by leading and developing a high-performing team responsible for supporting and expanding Growth customer accounts. This role is fully focused on people leadership, ensuring the team builds strong customer partnerships, identifies expansion opportunities, and delivers consistent revenue growth.

In addition, the Manager is accountable for the successful onboarding of all New Logo customers, ensuring a seamless transition, rapid revenue recognition, and early customer value realization through effective execution and team enablement

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of customer development professionals responsible for managing and growing identified Growth customer accounts.
  • Support the team in achieving revenue targets by providing strategic guidance on account planning, opportunity management, and customer engagement.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and risk assessment across the team, maintaining high standards of data quality and accountability.
  • Oversee the successful onboarding of all New Logo customers, ensuring smooth handover, rapid revenue recognition, and early customer value realization.
  • Enable the team to build deep customer and market understanding, strengthening long-term partnerships and identifying expansion opportunities.
  • In collaboration with senior leadership, regularly assess team performance and capability, providing data-driven feedback, coaching, and development support to address trends, gaps, and roadblocks
  • Ownership of larger, more complex customer engagements and management + ownership of accounts - player coach 
  • Support AMs on QBR, roadshows, and customer meetings 
  • Act as the executive stakeholder both internally and externally
  • Drive the team with a proactive mindset, hold them to account for activity, territory management, and forecast accuracy

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
  • 6+ years sales and account management experience, with 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Experience working with strategic SaaS and/or CPaaS clients with significant ongoing spend

Bonus Points:

  • Experience using sales qualification methodologies to drive pipeline generation and revenue
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
