Founding Recruiter – Go-To-Market
The Mission
BankGPT is building an AI that knows your entire financial life and acts on your behalf. Not a dashboard. Not a chatbot. A new kind of product: personal financial intelligence that aggregates every account you have, understands your real situation, and continuously optimizes your financial life — finding better rates, negotiating bills, moving money, matching products, executing on goals.
The Role
We’re hiring a Founding GTM Recruiter to partner directly with Head of People and work with our leaders to scale our GTM team!
This is not a transactional recruiting role. You will operate as a founding member of the talent function, owning GTM hiring end-to-end during a critical scale-up phase.
You’ll set the bar, design the process, and personally drive outcomes.
What You’ll Do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles
- Partner closely with founders and executive leadership to translate growth goals into hiring plans
- Build high-signal pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, and targeted outbound
- Run tight, high-bar interview processes with strong calibration and candidate experience
- Be highly selective—optimize for quality over volume
- Operate independently with minimal oversight and high accountability
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of recruiting experience in similar environments
- Demonstrated startup / scale-up experience, ideally Series A-B+
- Strong domain preference with Experience recruiting GTM talent for AI or Customer Experience companies
- Proven ability to work directly with founders and senior leaders
- Self-managed, comfortable operating with ambiguity and outcome-oriented
- Excited to be on-site in San Francisco and be our culture carrier!

Location: Palo Alto/ San Francisco, California
Compensation:
- $175,000 – $220,000 ( base + bonus )
$200,000 in equity
