Senior Product Manager
Building a consumer AI category takes daily whiteboards, fast iteration, and in-person user observation IN PERSON! That does not happen over Slack.
COMPENSATION
Base salary: $250,000–$265,000 (based on impact of experience)

The Mission
BankGPT is building an AI that knows your entire financial life and acts on your behalf. Not a dashboard. Not a chatbot. A new kind of product: personal financial intelligence that aggregates every account you have, understands your real situation, and continuously optimizes your financial life — finding better rates, negotiating bills, moving money, matching products, executing on goals.
We need two senior PMs to own the two most important product surfaces: the core consumer experience (the AI conversation and everything that flows from it), and the platform/marketplace (how third-party agents plug in, how financial products flow to users). These are your decisions to own.
What You’ll Do
- Own a product surface end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, spec, prioritization, launch, measurement, iteration.
- Talk to real users...constantly!
- Define the behavioral measurement system for your surface. What is the Experience Score for your area? What metrics matter? What’s the evaluation framework?
- Work daily with Bruce (CTO) on what’s buildable, and with Srinivas (CEO) on what matters strategically.
- Write specs that engineers love. Ship features weekly. Measure obsessively.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of consumer product management with at least one role shipping a feature that a million+ people use.
- AI-product experience is strongly preferred. If you’ve shipped an LLM-powered feature in the last 18 months, you’re our kind of person.
- Consumer fintech experience is a plus, not required. We care more about whether you can learn a new domain fast. People with consumer AI backgrounds from non-fintech companies are very welcome.
- Extreme AI fluency. You use AI to accelerate your own PM work — drafting specs, running customer-research synthesis, competitive analysis, content generation. Show us a workflow you’ve built.
- Hunger over pedigree. Give us a PM from a crappy-brand startup who’s shipped three hard things over a FAANG-brand PM who’s moved metric sliders for two years.
- Obsession with measurement. If you can’t articulate the metrics framework behind a feature you shipped, this isn’t your role.
- Comfort with ambiguity. Product strategy is still being set. You’ll be shaping it.
- Excited to be in-office 5 days a week working alongside the visionaries
