Job Description: 

LEVL Telematics Limited is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by reaching out to existing and prospective customers. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong outbound calling experience and exceptional telephone communication skills.

 

Location: Office based in Coventry, UK 

 

Job Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Proactively make outbound calls to existing customers and new prospects to promote LEVL Telematics’ products and services.

- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service.

- Sales Generation: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, converting leads into sales, and achieving set sales targets.

- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of LEVL Telematics’ products and services to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

- Follow-Up: Diligently follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction.

- CRM Management: Accurately record all customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the company’s CRM system.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize sales efforts.

 

Key Requirements:

- Experience in outbound calling or telesales, preferably within the telematics, technology, or automotive industries.

- Excellent telephone manner with strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective outbound calling and lead generation.

- Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions that add value, fostering long-term customer relationships.

- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 

Desirable Qualifications:

- Knowledge or experience in the telematics/industry or related fields.

- Experience in handling B2B sales.

- A self-motivated and driven attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
