Where We’re Hiring: We are hiring globally!

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) preferred
    • English proficiency is necessary
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least one-two years of sales experience
  • Computer know how (internet, email, excel, basic navigation of general tools)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Computer-savvy with 2-3 years of experience in various applications, preference to call center experience 
  • A people person who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressure-filled environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional sales skills and ability to provide insights and value to a potential customer
  • Multitasker with critical thinking ability

Job Details:

  • Full-time and part-time positions available
  • Salary: Hourly rate + potential performance incentives
  • Industry experience in automotive service and tires is helpful but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
  • Make outbound calls to clients and customers
  • Provide insightful responses to inquiries
  • Sell tires and upsell appropriately
  • Schedule or modify appointments – primary goal is to get the customer into the store via an appointment
  • Access and process customer information using our tools and applications

Technical/Equipment Requirements:

  • A computer (less than 2 years old) in good working condition (Apple/Mac products not supported):
  • Minimum 12GB RAM (16-20GB recommended)
  • 2GHz processor or higher
  • Windows operating system
  • Reliable high-speed Internet (minimum 50 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload)
  • A designated, distraction-free workspace
  • A working inverter/UPS for power backup
  • Monitor (minimum 17”, dual monitors recommended)
  • Noise-canceling headset (required upon training start)
  • Telephone (landline or cell) for training and team calls
