About the Role

This multi-disciplinary role is ideal for a graduate or early-career professional looking to step into the world of consulting and data analysis. You’ll work across implementation, support, and advisory projects—helping clients make the most of our software and better understand the impact of financial, commercial, and operational decisions.

You’ll receive strong internal support and training as you grow your skills across business modelling, software implementation, and client relationship management.

 

Location: Ballarat CBD, Victoria
Employment Type: Flexible, 24–38 hours per week
Salary: Up to $80K per year, depending on experience

 

What You’ll Do

  • Data Analysis & Modelling – Interpret and work with workforce, payroll, HR, and financial data to support client decision-making and business case development.
  • Software Implementation & Training – Assist in rolling out our software, supporting configuration, data validation, and client onboarding.
  • Client Support & Engagement – Respond to client queries, build relationships, and help resolve issues with empathy and problem-solving.
  • Business Consulting – Help clients explore the financial and operational impact of different workforce models and scenarios.
  • Documentation & Communication – Create user guides, training materials, and clear explanations of complex ideas.
  • Internal Collaboration – Work with developers, consultants, and analysts to deliver seamless and effective client solutions.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret workforce, financial, or operational data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative and professional approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a general aptitude for learning new technology.
  • A proactive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • A qualification in Economics, Commerce, Human Resources, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
  • A genuine interest in healthcare, consulting, or software is a big plus.
