What you’ll do
Run targeted outbound: research accounts, map personas, craft relevant hooks
Qualify using frameworks like BANTT and book crisp discovery calls
Respond to inbound leads with speed to value
Keep CRM immaculate and pipeline notes clear and actionable
Own SMB cycles from first touch to signature, then hand over to the CSM

 

What you’ll bring
1–3 years in SDR / Inside Sales within B2B SaaS or Tech
Resilience and consistency in high-volume outbound environments
Excellent phone, email, and LinkedIn communication skills
Self-management and a habit of meeting or beating activity KPIs
Fluency with CRM, modern sales automation and AI tools
