The Role:

First point of contact for new prospects. Responsible for lead generation, qualification, and driving pipeline growth, especially for mid-market and SMB clients.

 

Responsibilities

  • Outbound prospecting, research, and persona profiling
  • Lead qualification using e.g. BANT criteria
  • Conduct discovery calls and schedule demos
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline documentation
  • Manage smaller deals end-to-end (closing + handover to Scaling CSM

 

Qualifications for Success

  • 1–3 years SDR or Inside Sales experience in B2B SaaS/Tech
  • High activity and resilience in outbound environments
  • Excellent phone, email, and LinkedIn communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and hit activity KPIs
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales automation
