QA Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester to support our quality assurance efforts. This role will focus on validating survey designs, executing manual test scenarios, and ensuring overall product quality meets requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual QA testing to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Validate survey design and logic against documented requirements.
• Execute manual test cases and scenarios to verify functionality.
• Document test results, report defects, and follow up on resolutions.
• Collaborate with QA leads, developers, and project managers to ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with QA processes, defect tracking, and test documentation.
• Basic understanding of survey design or web-based applications is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
