Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to help Element34 reach enterprise Quality Assurance (QA), DevOps, and engineering leaders who care about secure test automation. You’ll own SEO, content, and digital demand generation, turning our unique ‘behind-the-firewall’ SBOX solution into a visible, trusted brand across the enterprise testing space. You’ll be responsible for optimizing our web presence, improving search visibility, and creating content that attracts and converts enterprise prospects.
This is a full-time, mid-level role ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, blending hands-on execution with strategic awareness. You’ll own your toolkit: a lean marketing budget to test, learn, and scale across the channels and tools you find most effective - be it paid search, SEO optimization, or AI-powered content production.
You’ll be the primary marketing resource supporting Element34’s go-to-market goals, working closely with leadership and Sales to fuel top-of-funnel activity across SEO, content, and digital channels. You’ll partner with Sales to identify and target decision makers in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, and the public sector - organizations that value security, compliance, and performance in their testing infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & SEO Optimization
- Strengthen the company’s online visibility by improving website performance, SEO, and content discoverability.
- Develop landing pages and conversion flows that turn visitors into qualified leads and demo requests.
- Audit and refresh website SEO, including meta tags, schema, internal linking, and site performance.
- Use analytics tools to track visitor behavior, engagement, and conversion metrics, and continually refine based on insights.
2. Content Creation & Distribution
- Plan and publish high-quality, SEO-driven content (blogs, case studies, thought pieces) that attracts enterprise QA, DevOps, and engineering leaders in regulated industries.
- Manage LinkedIn and website publishing cadence, ensuring steady engagement and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align content and campaigns with key buyer pain points and product messaging. Update and expand existing marketing and sales assets.
- Use AI-assisted tools to accelerate content production and SEO optimization.
3. Paid Search & Digital Campaigns
- Launch targeted digital campaigns (e.g., paid search, social, or email) to generate qualified leads and expand top-of-funnel awareness targeting QA/DevOps leaders in regulated industries.
- Maximize marketing budgets to drive MQL volume and website traffic, identifying the most cost efficient channels and tools.
- Continuously measure performance across channels, optimizing campaigns to improve cost efficiency and lead quality. Track performance, optimize ad copy, and report cost per MQL.
4. Analytics & Growth Reporting
- Track and report marketing performance metrics such as traffic growth, engagement, and lead conversions.
- Share learnings regularly with leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and content strategy.
- Recommend new opportunities for growth based on data, experimentation, and emerging digital trends.

Required Skills
- We’re looking for someone who’s scaled SEO and content-led growth for a technical B2B SaaS - ideally a developer tools, testing, or infrastructure company - and who enjoys hands-on execution.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO, Frase, or similar).
- Comfortable managing and creating content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
- Proven ability to write clear, engaging, technical blog and web content.
- Familiarity with paid search (Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Strong self-management; can plan and execute independently with minimal oversight.
Preferred Skills
- Experience marketing to QA, DevOps, or enterprise IT audiences. Comfortable in the technical space.
- Understanding of HubSpot CRM and how to integrate MQLs into pipeline workflows.
- Familiarity with AI content tools or data-driven SEO automation workflows.
