Barbaricum is currently seeking a proficient Property Management Specialist II to join our dynamic team in support of the Program Executive Office Soldier, focusing on the engineering, building, testing, and deployment of innovative cloud service offerings.
Responsibilities:
- Installation property experience providing knowledge and understanding of administrative, professional, analytical, or other work related to general business practices.
- Demonstrated experience that provided knowledge of installation property administration and practices related to control of property, ability to monitor and evaluate the Army's property control system.
- Maintain Primary Hand Receipt Holder (PHRH).
- Prepare PHRH inventory on a cyclic basis, which will provide a semi-annual update, and annual inventory ensuring that a 100% physical inventory of all equipment is performed within the year.
- Ensure discrepancies are resolved and reconciled in a timely manner.
- Accomplish quarterly physical inventories of equipment.
- Accomplish technical research on all incoming equipment to provide required supply/procurement information, supply codes.
- Document acquisition information including source, cost, date equipment put into service, warranty information.
- Maintain non-expendable Document Register and accountable Document files.
- Manage equipment ensuring transactions are posted in a timely and accurate manner.
- Manage excess equipment and accomplish documentation and movement of equipment.
- Ensure Bar Codes are affixed to all equipment.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
- HS Diploma/Equivalent.
- 7 years of experience in property management.
