Barbaricum is seeking talented operations and intelligence professionals experienced with the Palantir platform to join our mission-driven team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting Palantir’s implementation teams to support and strengthen critical partnerships with the client’s user base. You’ll work directly with analysts to train and mentor users, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop new use cases—solving unique and challenging problems that impact operations across the globe.
This work may involve embedding with users around the world or directly sharing insights with Palantir team members at our offices. Join us in helping to solve some of the world’s hardest problems.
Responsibilities:

Provide desk-side training to analysts across diverse operational environments.

Conduct classroom-based instruction to analysts and operators on Palantir technologies.

Staff the Help Desk to respond to user requests and troubleshoot issues in partnership with Palantir engineering teams.

Deliver structured feedback and operational insights to engineering teams to drive product improvement and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance

Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in direct support of operational missions.

Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python, and/or Java, along with familiarity with hardware, networking, and server administration.

Prior experience with Palantir Gotham is required; additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and demonstrate complex technical concepts.

Ability to travel domestically up to 25% of the time, if needed.

Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Military, Special Operations, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
