Barbaricum is seeking talented intelligence professionals experienced in the Palantir platform to join our team. As a Field Service Representative (FSR) Analyst, you will be on the front lines assisting a Palantir implementation team with the deployment of Palantir software to the Army's dynamic user base. You will work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users, engage with key Army stakeholders, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure critical deployment insights are shared with Palantir team members. Palantir team members in our offices. Lastly, you will help facilitate collaboration across the Army's global enterprise while ensuring our customers' continued success. Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver Initial User Training to Operational Units
  • Assist Course Instructors with Developing ASII-Specific Curriculum
  • Own Onsite Customer Engagement
  • Perform Initial Debugging and Ticket Triaging
  • Conduct Onsite Smoke Testing
  • Directly Support ASII Deliverables

 

What We Value

  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
  • Prior experience as a Palantir Gotham user required
  • Strong Military Background (preferred Army intel experience)
  • Experience with multi-Service integration of intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance (ISR), and targeting capabilities, ISR and targeting platforms, or the Distributed Common Ground System
  • Experience conducting user training programs or workshops
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally 50% of the time, if needed
