Barbaricum seeks a Systems Administrator I to support existing IT and IS databases that include MS SQLak. Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance, Comp TIA Security+ certification and travel 10-20% of the time.  This is a hybrid position with 3-4 days per week in the Bedford, IN office and 1-2 days working remote.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, develop, and support existing IT and IS databases that include MS SQLak,
  • Oracle, web sites, server management that include Linux, and Windows operating systems.
  • Provide technical support for establishment, test, upgrade, and operational support of systems, networks, workstations and support equipment hardware and software.
  • Help Desk/Remedy experience.
  • Willingness to travel 10-20%.

 

Qualifications:

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree PREFERRED in any IT/computer related field.
  • CompTIA Security+ Certification.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in systems administration.
