Barbaricum seeks an experienced Intelligence Operations Integrator to join a team supporting a high-impact mission in Georgia. This role provides critical support to special operations forces by fusing intelligence with operations and delivering timely, actionable insights. You will serve as a trusted advisor to tactical and strategic decision-makers while helping synchronize intelligence activities with real-world missions.
Responsibilities

Integrate intelligence and operations functions to support SOF missions in dynamic environments.

Leverage existing and emerging capabilities to produce tailored intelligence products in support of mission planning and execution.

Serve as a liaison between operational elements and intelligence professionals, facilitating collaboration and rapid information sharing.

Provide subject matter expertise in operational planning, mission analysis, and targeting support.

Support the development and refinement of intelligence-driven operational strategies.

Work closely with partner agencies and units to maintain situational awareness and intelligence readiness.

Deliver briefings, written products, and recommendations to command-level leadership and operational teams.
Qualifications

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance.

Minimum of 8 years of combined experience in intelligence operations, targeting, or special operations support.

Experience working directly with SOF units or equivalent mission sets.

Deep understanding of the intelligence cycle, operational planning processes, and analytic methodologies.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate integration across diverse teams.

Demonstrated ability to operate independently in high-tempo, forward-leaning environments.

Familiarity with current intelligence tools and platforms such as Palantir, TAC, or other all-source systems.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent military experience will be considered.
