Barbaricum is seeking experienced and forward-thinking Senior-Level Intelligence Domain Systems Engineers to lead the integration and instruction of SOCOM intelligence platforms and technologies. These engineers will support global SOF missions by enabling intelligence teams to efficiently employ programs of record and next-generation tools across all intelligence disciplines.
As a senior engineer, you will not only provide user support and advanced training but also manage geographically distributed Forward Support Elements (FSEs) and intelligence system sustainment efforts at the enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead deployment, instruction, and sustainment of SOCOM’s intelligence software and systems.
• Train end users on existing and emerging tools across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT/IMINT, and OSINT.
• Provide strategic input on technology adoption, integration, and capability enhancement within unit intelligence production cycles.
• Manage geographically dispersed teams and FSEs in support of joint and combined operations.
• Liaise with senior operational and intelligence stakeholders to align support with mission objectives.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 8 years of experience conveying intelligence and operational assessments to senior leaders.
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing distributed teams and Forward Support Elements (FSEs).
• Extensive hands-on experience implementing and sustaining intelligence tools and technologies in support of SOF operations.
Security Clearance
• Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
