We need a Senior Art Director to be part of a creative team in our Kansas City (HQ) office.
To get this job you should love to write and have experience concepting projects big and small and bring a desire to make things just crazy enough to work.
You'll have the opportunity to work on everything from broadcast to digital to social to new biz to rebranding to positioning work. You'll get to thrive in a growing office with an energetic, hungry team of nice, driven, big-hearted, and huge-motored people.

Being a Senior at Barkley isn’t a matter of tenure. This is about the quality of your ideas.
Seniors are creatives who have mastered their individual areas of craft. They can write headlines, create comps, build a verbal and visual vocabulary for any idea, and deliver on briefs consistently. But the thing that makes them seniors is that they create IDEAS that make their team, the department, and the world jealous.
Their work is regularly lauded in staff meetings, and press and is on our list of award show entrants each year.
They are idea machines. And their craft is superb. They bring new, interesting ideas to the table every day and have a finger on the pulse of culture.
As part and parcel of this, they are great at presenting ideas.
They know how to build an incredible presentation and then how to deliver it both internally and to the client to make them see the greatness of their idea.
