Human Resources Coordinator

The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and training. This individual will be integral in creating and maintaining a positive employee experience and ensuring that the company's People practices are in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist in processing benefits-related paperwork and handling basic benefits administration tasks.
- Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
- Manage absence management practices and assist in overseeing the offboarding process.
- Ensure that HR practices comply with federal, state, and local laws.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records in accordance with company policies.
- Organize and prepare materials for HR meetings and events.
- Assist with performance management processes, including documentation and coordination.
- Support compensation and benefits administration as needed.
- Conduct audits to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement
What You Bring:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to support employees and stakeholders.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR tools.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience/Education: •
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least one year of related HR experience preferred
