Specialist, Direct Investments
MissionOne Media is a brand within BarkleyOKRP that combines full-funnel media planning and buying services, CRM, data, analytics, retail media, SEO, and digital experiences.
The Direct Investments Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of direct media placements across offline ( TV, Radio, Print, OOH) and digital channels (CTV and Streaming Audio). This role provides foundational exposure to media activations, working closely with the buying team to ensure smooth campaign execution, accurate reporting, and vendor coordination. The Specialist will develop an understanding of direct media buy strategies and contribute to campaign success through organization, attention to detail, and collaboration.

- Strong organizational and mathematical skills

- Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Account Management, Finance and Project Management
- Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment, with outside media reps as well as with current clients
- Must be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be comfortable making decisions
Qualifications:
● Minimum 1 year of Media Buying experience required, relevant internships considered
● Excellent organizational skills to manage campaign details and timelines
● Familiarity with buying platforms and tools (e.g. SQAD, Freewheel/Strata, MediaOcean, Nielsen, Comscore)
● Ability to review insertion orders and invoices for accuracy
Compensation
The annual gross base salary range is $48,000- $60,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Salary is one component of BarkleyOKRP's total compensation package, which includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
