Specialist, Programmatic Media

MissionOne Media is a brand within BarkleyOKRP that combines full-funnel media planning and buying services, CRM, data, analytics, retail media, SEO, and digital experiences.
This is a full-time, remote / hybrid (based on your proximity to the office) position for a Programmatic Media Specialist at BarkleyOKRP. In this role, you will develop and manage the performance of various paid programmatic campaigns, to drive client performance and growth.
This position is non-exempt.
Core Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Builds: Own the end-to-end setup and launching of programmatic campaigns within DSPs including DV360 and The Trade Desk, ensuring 100% accuracy in targeting, creatives, and flighting.
- AdOps Coordination & Trafficking: Partner closely with our AdOps team to develop and submit trafficking requests including placement naming convention, URLs, and creative assignments.
- Campaign Stewardship & Optimization: Proactively monitor daily campaign pacing and performance. Execute bid adjustments, frequency capping, and budget shifts to maximize campaign KPIs.
- Brand Safety & Quality Control: Review ad verification data (DoubleVerify) and platform performance metrics to manage domain whitelists/blocklists, removing underperforming or unsafe inventory based on brand safety benchmarks.
- Reporting & Analytics: Pull and clean weekly/monthly creative and audience performance reports. Identify trends and translate raw data into actionable insights.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense when campaigns underpace or creatives reject, utilizing DSP help centers and support teams to resolve issues, managing up to account supervisors effectively and efficiently.

Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in digital media, digital advertising, or a highly analytical field (internship experience in programmatic is a major plus).
- Platform Familiarity: Basic exposure to or certifications in DV360 and/or The Trade Desk (e.g., TTD Edge Academy).
- "Data" Mindset: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data sorting, VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and a comfort level working with large datasets.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for spotting discrepancies in numbers, naming conventions, or settings before they become budget-wasting mistakes.
Compensation
The annual gross base salary range is $50,000- $60,000 USD. This range represents the anticipated target salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and geographic location. Salary is one component of BarkleyOKRP's total compensation package, which includes multiple health insurance options, flexible PTO, life insurance, and 401K.
