Senior Social Strategist

Senior Social Strategists own day-to-day social strategy development for assigned clients. They transform audience insights, cultural intelligence, social listening findings, platform expertise, and performance data into actionable strategies that drive business outcomes. 

They are responsible for shaping content ecosystems, creator strategies, channel approaches, community building efforts, and social-first campaign recommendations. Senior Social Strategists are trusted advisors to clients and internal teams and play a significant role in influencing creative development and integrated planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop social strategies, POVs, and artifacts for assigned clients and initiatives
  • Develop social-first, creator-led, and community-driven strategic recommendations
  • Translate social intelligence into content, platform, and campaign approaches
  • Build channel strategies, audience frameworks, and content ecosystems
  • Provide social input into integrated planning processes
  • Shape creative briefs and provide strategic direction throughout concept development
  • Supports QA, scheduling and publishing of content as well as community management and RTMs
  • Partner with other teams, departments to identify optimization opportunities and measure impact
  • Present recommendations and strategic findings to clients and internal teams
  • Mentor junior team members and elevate team capabilities
Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of relevant social, communications, strategy, or agency experience
  • Experience developing social strategies and content ecosystems for brands
  • Strong understanding of creator marketing, audience behavior, and social intelligence
  • Expertise across TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest and emerging social/digital trends
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and client decisions
