Dental Hygienist - Georgian Dental Barrie

As a Dental Hygienist at Georgian Dental Barrie, you will play a critical role in promoting good oral health and preventing dental issues. You will work closely with our patients to provide preventive dental care and educate them on maintaining healthy smiles. Schedule: Part-Time

• Wednesdays 10:30-7pm, Fridays 7:30pm - 4pm and 1-2 Saturdays a month (7:30-3pm)

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing, to remove plaque, tartar, and stains.
• Examine patients' oral health by assessing their gums, teeth, and soft tissues.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized home care instructions.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in dental hygiene and preventive care.

Qualifications:

• Current dental hygiene license.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ortho experince is an asset
