- You have 2+ years of experience in full stack or backend development, working with Python, Typescript, Javascript and building
- You’re comfortable working with large-scale data and enjoy optimizing performance for high-volume systems
- You have a keen eye for detail and take pride in writing clean, maintainable code while optimizing for performance
- You thrive in a high-trust, ownership-focused environment and are comfortable working across different levels of abstraction
- Problem-solver who navigates the unknown confidently
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in dynamic settings

Responsibilities:
- Console and Website Build: Build the infrastructure to support and create a robust website and console architecture.
- Platform Infrastructure: Build the infrastructure to support future AI/ML hires and projects, creating a scalable platform foundation for continued innovation.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure backend systems meet industry standards for security, privacy, and compliance, particularly around KYC/KYB regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Implement optimizations for large-scale data management, ensuring backend services can efficiently process identity data while maintaining reliability.
- Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, debug issues, and monitor backend services for performance and reliability, while continuously improving backend architecture to handle diverse data and use cases.
