About You:
You're a technical bridge-builder who thrives at the intersection of engineering and customer success. You have a passion for translating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, and the presence to hold your own in a room full of CTOs or compliance leaders. You don’t just understand how things work - you want to make them work better. You have taste, instincts, and a desire to be close to the product without sitting behind the code.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of experience in a technical role, product management, or customer-facing role.
  • You can confidently navigate conversations about APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
  • You have strong communication skills and executive presence.
  • You’re detail-oriented, intellectually curious, and energized by solving real customer challenges.
  • You're adaptable and can navigate ambiguity with confidence.
  • You collaborate well with product, GTM and engineering teams and care about good UX.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in solutions engineering, implementation, or technical customer success.
  • Basic coding skills in Python or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with identity verification, KYC/KYB processes, or financial compliance.
  • Experience with fintech or financial institutions.
  • Experience leading technical discovery calls, product demos, or implementation workshops.

Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex customer requirements into actionable, scalable implementation strategies.
  • Guide customers through API integrations and act as their technical partner through deployment.
  • Own the technical narrative in sales and onboarding conversations - from architecture deep-dives to real-time troubleshooting.
  • Run product walkthroughs and demos that are crisp, confident, and tailored to each use case.
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, and design to ensure customer feedback turns into product velocity.
  • Create clear documentation, internal playbooks, and implementation guides that actually get used.
  • Lead training and enablement sessions for customer engineering teams.
  • Stick around - offer post-deployment support that builds trust and drives long-term success.

Benefits:

  • Time off when you need it: Flexible PTO so you can recharge without red tap
  • In-person energy: We’re based in NYC and meet in the office 3-5 days a week - but flexible remote work is always on the table.
  • Competitive compensation: We pay well and back it with equity - we want you to think and act like an owner.
  • Career rocket fuel: You’ll help build the foundation of a high-growth startup, working side by side with experienced founders and team members who’ve done it before.
  • A seat at the table: We believe in transparency, radical candor, and giving every team member a voice.

Salary Range:
$95k - $130k, Plus Commission | Equity: 0.05% - 0.25%
