The Internship:

We’re looking for a Solutions Intern to join the team part-time starting in January (school-year friendly), with the opportunity to transition into full-time over the summer (either as a full-time summer intern or a full-time role, depending on fit and timing). We’re flexible on schedule and scope, and we’ll shape the internship around your strengths and goals.

Location: Ideally New York City or San Francisco (hybrid), so you can spend meaningful time in-office collaborating with the team.

About You:

You’re a builder who likes making technical things clear and reliable. You’ve probably tinkered with APIs or tools outside of class - maybe you read the docs for a product you love and built a small automation, stitched together a few services to make something useful, or sent a team a thoughtful bug report or piece of feedback when something didn’t work the way you expected. You don’t need years of experience - you just need real curiosity and evidence you like figuring things out.

You are curious, learn fast and you want feedback. You’re coachable, open to direct and honest input, and you can turn guidance into better work quickly. You’re organized and proactive: you ask good questions, keep strong notes, communicate clearly, and follow problems through to resolution.

As you ramp, you’re excited to take on more ownership: whether that’s owning a small proof-of-concept with a customer, improving a documentation area end-to-end, or becoming the go-to person for a specific integration workflow.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree (or equivalent experience) in CS/engineering, business + data, or a related field
  • Able to work part-time starting in January and interested in a full-time summer option (internship or full-time, depending on fit)
  • Comfortable with basic technical concepts: APIs, HTTP/JSON, webhooks, auth keys/tokens (coursework or projects count)
  • Strong written communication: you can produce clear, structured documentation and good internal notes
  • A practical problem-solving mindset: you can break down an issue, try a few angles, and communicate what you tried
  • Coachable and growth-minded: you take feedback well, iterate quickly, and ask for help when you’re stuck
  • Organized and reliable: you manage tasks, keep track of details, and close loops

Nice-to-Have:

  • Built a small project using APIs (hackathon, class project, personal automation, Zapier/Make, scripts, etc.)
  • Basic coding ability in Python and/or JavaScript (enough to modify examples, write small scripts, or build a lightweight PoC)
  • Familiarity with tools like Postman, curl, Git/GitHub, or basic SQL
  • Interest in fintech, fraud, identity, KYB/KYC (not required)

Responsibilities:

  • PoCs & Demos: Build small proof-of-concepts to validate customer workflows and support the GTM team during evaluations.
  • Customer Success: Partner with Customer Success to troubleshoot customer issues during implementation and after go-live - reproducing bugs, analyzing payloads/auth/edge cases, proposing workarounds, and coordinating with Engineering to deliver the right long-term fix.
  • Documentation: Improve and create integration guides, quickstarts, FAQs, example requests/responses, and internal runbooks so solutions work is repeatable.
  • Integration Testing & QA: Test endpoints and flows, keep example code and Postman collections up to date, and sanity-check changes before they reach customers.
  • Internal Enablement: Turn recurring questions into templates, checklists, and “known issues” documentation that helps GTM/Solutions move faster.

Benefits:

  • Hybrid in NYC or SF, with 2-3 days/week in office when you’re local
  • Flexible part-time schedule during the semester, with a clear path to full-time in the summer
  • Direct mentorship, regular feedback, and meaningful ownership on real customer-facing infrastructure
  • Smart, genuine, ambitious team; optional company social events

Salary Range:
$20-$30 per hour
