At Bathworks of Michigan, we’re not just remodeling bathrooms—we’re running tight, professional install crews that knock out full Jacuzzi® bath upgrades in just one day. As we grow into the Traverse City area, we need a reliable, boots-on-the-ground Production Coordinator to manage the chaos behind the scenes and keep our crews prepped, stocked, and ready to roll.

This role is perfect for someone who’s got construction or trade experience—or someone who’s super organized, not afraid to hustle, and wants to be part of a skilled, hard-working team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Warehouse + job staging: Keep tools, materials, and Jacuzzi® systems organized and ready
  
  
• Site measurements + service calls: Take accurate measurements and handle follow-up work
  
  
• Crew support: Make sure install teams have everything they need before they hit the road
  
  
• Problem solving: Catch issues before they slow the job down—on site or in the shop
