What We’re Looking For:

• Some hands-on experience (carpentry, remodeling, trades, etc.) – you don’t have to be a pro, just willing to learn.

• Good eye for detail, solid work ethic, and pride in doing things right.

• Comfortable working solo or as part of a tight crew.
