This role is perfect for someone ready to learn, grow, and build real-world skills. You’ll be working with warm leads only — no cold calling — and helping drive company growth by setting up in-home design consultations.

What You’ll Do:

• Call and follow up with homeowners who’ve shown interest

• Set appointments for our sales team — no hard selling

• Learn proven sales and marketing techniques

• Support the sales pipeline and collaborate with our growth team

Who You Are:

• Hungry to learn and grow — you want more than just a job

• Strong communicator who’s comfortable on the phone

• Reliable, coachable, and detail-oriented

• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required
