Part-Time HR Assistant / Generalist
Schedule: 3 Days/Week (Mondays & Fridays required)
Location: Byron Center, MI | Pay: $16–$22/hr

We’re looking for a sharp, organized, people-focused HR Assistant / Generalist to help deliver smooth, impactful onboarding experiences and keep our back-end HR operations running strong. What You’ll Do:

• Prep and lead new hire orientations and reorientations
  
  
• Assist with onboarding logistics, forms, background checks, and scheduling
  
  
• Help manage HR admin tasks—filing, tracking, data entry, and compliance
  
  
• Support the HR team with employee engagement and internal events
