Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Location: On-site, Byron Center, MI
Pay: Starting at $20/hour

BathWorks of Michigan is a fast-growing bath remodeling company specializing in Jacuzzi® bath and shower transformations. We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to guide homeowners through their projects and make sure they feel supported and informed every step of the way.

What You’ll Do:

• Talk with customers daily — answer questions, give updates, resolve concerns

• Coordinate schedules and project details to keep things on track

• Work with sales, operations, and installation teams to deliver a smooth experience

• Outgoing communicator who loves working with people

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable making and receiving phone calls
