In Home Sales Consultant

Full-Time | Sales & Design Role | Pre-Scheduled Appointments | Paid Training

BathWorks of Michigan, the fastest-growing Jacuzzi® dealer in the nation, is looking for motivated sales and design professionals to help us grow our footprint in the Saginaw area. With exclusive Jacuzzi® products and a reputation for one-day bath transformations, we’re bringing trusted solutions to a new market of ready-to-remodel homeowners.

This isn’t cold calling or high-pressure sales. We provide quality appointments, hands-on training, and a clear path to high earnings with a company that’s on the rise.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Conduct in-home design consultations with homeowners ready to remodel
• Present Jacuzzi® bath and shower solutions with confidence and care
• Use a simple, proven sales approach (we’ll teach you the system)
• Help customers design bathrooms that fit their space, needs, and budget

Who You Are:
• Confident communicator with a passion for helping people
• Sales or design experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
• Based in or willing to travel within the Saginaw and Tri-Cities area

Compensation & Benefits:
• Uncapped commission-based role
• On-target earnings range from $150,000+ annually
