Location: Grand Rapids, MI
Compensation: Uncapped Commission + Mileage Reimbursement | W2 Role
On-Target Earnings: $110,000–$130,000+

We’re looking for an experienced Rehash Sales Specialist to reconnect with homeowners who met with BathWorks before but didn’t move forward. You’ll identify what stopped the sale, rebuild trust, and close the deal with confidence.

What You’ll Do
• Reconnect with prior homeowners and convert missed opportunities into sales
• Conduct virtual or in-home follow-ups to overcome objections and close
• Review past designs, quotes, and notes to tailor updated solutions
• Log all communication and results in Salesforce
• Consistently hit monthly sales and close goals

What We’re Looking For
• Rehash or inside sales experience required (home improvement preferred)
• Proven closer with strong follow-up and communication skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Flexible schedule including some evenings/weekends
