The Opportunity

We are seeking a Sales Performance Leader to oversee our growing Saginaw market. This position is ideal for high-performing sales leaders who want to relocate and join a company with proven systems, career growth, and a values-driven culture.

This role begins with our Sales Leadership Development Program, an immersive field training experience designed to prepare you to lead people, performance, and culture. You’ll master our sales process, prove yourself in the field, and quickly transition into full leadership responsibility.

What You’ll Do

• Lead by example through personal field performance and sales excellence

• Coach, develop, and hold Design Consultants accountable to KPIs

• Drive continuous improvement and performance across your sales team

• Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Care to improve alignment and results

• Execute company initiatives that enhance customer experience and team success

What You Bring

• 3+ years of proven sales management or leadership experience (home improvement or direct sales preferred)

• Strong ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable

• Passion for personal growth, leadership, and developing others

• Comfortable working full-time and in the field (Monday–Saturday)

• Willingness to relocate to Saginaw, MI (relocation assistance available)

Compensation & Benefits

• Target earnings: approximately $189,000 (base + performance bonus)

• 401(k) eligibility after 90 days
