Skilled Trades Service Technician

Service Technician | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

BathWorks of Michigan is a fast-growing, family-owned bath remodeling company known for quality craftsmanship and five-star customer experiences. We are growing our Service Department in West Michigan and looking for an experienced Service Technician who wants a consistent schedule, steady work, and clear upward mobility.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on trade experience who is ready for stability now and leadership opportunity down the road.

What You’ll Do
• Diagnose minor plumbing and service-related issues
• Communicate service findings to the leadership team to support training and improve installs
• Deliver a professional, five-star customer experience
• Document service work and notes in our CRM system
• Perform service and warranty work including caulking, shower door adjustments, minor drywall, and finish work

What We’re Looking For
• Construction, remodeling, plumbing, or general trade experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage time independently
• Customer-focused with professional communication skills
• Interested in career growth with potential to move into a lead or management role

What We Offer
• Consistent full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
• $18–$24 per hour based on experience
