Hourly Base + Uncapped Bonus | 50k to 70k+ Potential

BathWorks is a fast growing Michigan company specializing in Jacuzzi Bath Remodels. We are looking for motivated, people focused individuals to join our Call Center team.

In this role you will connect with homeowners who have requested information about improving their bathroom and schedule their in home design consultation with our sales team. This role focuses on lead qualification and appointment coordination. You will not run sales appointments or close deals.

This opportunity is a great fit for candidates with backgrounds in marketing, hospitality, bartending, customer service, or anyone looking to start a career in sales.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners who have requested remodeling information

• Qualify homeowner interest and schedule design consultations

• Coordinate appointments with our outside sales team

• Maintain accurate notes and appointment details

• Achieve daily and weekly scheduling goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and people skills

• Positive, goal driven mindset

• Candidates should be based in the local area and able to commute to our Byron Center office.

• Available for a consistent weekly schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM OR Sunday - Thursday 10:00 AM–6:30 PM

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, marketing, or sales is a plus but not required
