Field Marketing Specialist | Events & Lead Generation (Part-Time | 10–20 Hours/Week)

BathWorks of Michigan provides one-day bath and shower remodels for homeowners, delivering high-quality home improvement solutions across the state. This role focuses on promoting our services at events and generating new customer interest.

We’re hiring Part-Time Field Marketing Specialists to support lead generation and brand presence at home shows, festivals, and community events. This position blends marketing, customer interaction, and sales fundamentals.

With shorter 4–6 hour shifts, this role is designed to fit around your schedule while giving you hands-on, real-world experience.

What You’ll Do
• Execute in-person marketing campaigns at home shows, festivals, and retail events
• Engage with homeowners and build interest in our services
• Generate and qualify leads through conversation
• Schedule in-home consultations using a proven process
• Support event setup and brand presentation
• Represent BathWorks with energy, professionalism, and consistency

What We’re Looking For
• Strong communication skills and natural people skills
• Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance
• Interest in marketing, brand promotion, or sales
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Able to lift 20–30 lbs for event setup
• Available 10–20 hours per week (Wednesday through Sunday)
• Open to traveling to regional events (Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Muskegon, Traverse City, Midland)

Schedule & Flexibility
• 4–6 hour shifts
• Events typically run Wednesday through Sunday
• Flexible scheduling around your availability

Compensation & Growth
• $21–$32/hr on-target earnings (base + performance incentives)
• Paid travel to events
• Hands-on experience in lead generation and customer acquisition
• Growth into full-time Marketing, Event Leadership, or Outside Sales roles
