
Creative Design Specialist
The Creative Design Specialist mission:
Empower Baubap’s brand through strategic, high-impact visual storytelling that not only captivates our audience but also drives engagement, trust, and conversions. By seamlessly blending creativity with business objectives, this role ensures a cohesive, innovative, and user-centric visual identity across all touchpoints. Acting as both a collaborator and a leader, the Creative Design Specialist translates complex ideas into compelling designs, reinforces brand consistency, and enhances the overall user experience—all while fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.
The expected outcomes:
1. Strategic, data-informed visual leadership that drives performance
Development and execution of high-impact visual strategies that align with business goals, enhance user experience, and improve performance metrics (ROI, CTR, LTV, conversions) across digital and offline channels.
2. Cohesive, scalable brand identity built for consistency and growth
Establishment of a unified, culturally resonant visual identity and design systems—ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints while enabling scalable execution across teams, platforms, and markets.
3. Collaborative, innovation-driven creative operations
Fostering a collaborative design culture, integrating user-centric design principles, and leveraging AI tools to boost creative efficiency, deliver quality at scale, and maintain seamless integration across paid and owned channels.
The day to day tasks:
- Active and proactive brainstorming based on the projected brand’s positioning
- Help lead creative stand-ups or team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and address any challenges faced by the creative team.
- Review creative briefs for new projects, ensuring clear communication of objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work on developing creative concepts and visual strategies for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives.
- Be self-critic on design work, ensuring it meets brand standards and project objectives.
- Attend meetings with internal stakeholders to present design concepts, discuss project requirements, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with Product, Brand and Design System teams to align visual designs with overall business strategies and goals.
- Provide and receive guidance, training, and support with their peers to help each other grow professionally and improve their skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and technology advancements to ensure Baubap’s visual identity remains current and competitive.
- Oversee the consistency of the brand's visual identity across all channels, including digital platforms, marketing materials, and product interfaces.
- Contribute to hands-on design work, particularly for high-priority projects or when demonstrating techniques to the team.
- Analyze the performance of visual campaigns and content, using metrics and feedback to inform future design decisions and strategies.
- Create and update design guidelines and documentation to ensure consistent application of the brand’s visual identity across all projects.
- Use project management tools to track the progress of design projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Address any design-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle, finding solutions to keep projects on track.

- You’re skilled in both digital and traditional advertising, capable of turning concepts into scroll-stopping, thumb-stopping, and action-driving visuals.
- You have a killer creative toolkit:
- Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Premiere)
- Figma
- Framer
- AI tools like Midjourney & ChatGPT
- You are an excellent communicator. Whether it's through impeccable writing or visually stunning work, you know how to tell a powerful story that connect.
