Growth and Data Specialist - B2C Experience
Mexico & LATAM
The mission:
Own and optimize growth initiatives — across paid media, referral program, and experimental channels — by generating insights from data, executing growth tactics directly, communicating findings clearly, and collaborating across functions to drive high-impact strategies.
The expected outcome:
- Consistently optimize and execute paid and referral campaigns to improve key KPIs (e.g., CAC, ROAS, retention).
- Build and maintain dashboards or reports that track performance across all acquisition channels.
- Proactively surface insights and communicate them clearly to influence strategic decisions across product, engineering, and finance.
- Design, build, and run major growth experiments end-to-end in collaboration with devs and marketers.
- Increase efficiency or ROI from at least one of our internal growth tools or channels — by actively getting your hands dirty with the tools, processes, and performance levers.
The day to day tasks:
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics across paid, referral, and experimental channels.
- Own campaign operations: set up, monitor, and adjust ads or flows directly within our tools.
- Optimize ongoing campaigns by making data-driven adjustments to improve CAC, ROAS, and retention.
- Collaborate daily with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to implement growth initiatives.
- Design, launch, and monitor A/B tests or growth experiments end-to-end — from idea to configuration and reporting.
- Build and update dashboards and reports that provide visibility into acquisition performance.
- Research and propose new tools, platforms, or strategies to improve growth efficiency.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly through async reports or live sessions.
- Regularly sync with stakeholders to gather feedback, align priorities, and share learnings.
- Stay updated on growth trends, tools, frameworks, and best practices.

- You don’t just build strategy — you execute it. You’ve actively launched and managed paid campaigns, tested landing pages, built automations, or implemented referral flows yourself.
- You have a proven track record of optimizing paid and referral channels to improve key growth KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and retention.
- You’ve designed and executed end-to-end growth experiments, using data to inform decisions and iterate quickly.
- You’ve collaborated closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams — not just executing tasks, but co-owning outcomes, resolving misalignments, and fostering shared understanding.
- You’re fluent in SQL and analytics tools, and you love turning raw data into clear, actionable insights.
- You’re passionate about experimenting with new growth loops, tools, and ideas to unlock new acquisition or retention opportunities.
- You thrive in autonomy, take ownership of your projects, and push them forward from concept to execution — while proactively communicating with stakeholders and aligning with team goals.
- You’re a clear communicator — able to translate complex insights into simple, actionable recommendations, tailored to your audience (from technical teams to execs).
