Seasonal Customer Care Associate - Remote (Multiple Shifts Available)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 

BaubleBar’s award-winning customer care team is looking for multiple Seasonal Customer Care Associates to join our exceptional team. We’re looking for compassionate, customer-focused individuals who are passionate about helping others and can easily adapt to any situation.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO DO: 

  • Quickly and efficiently handle a high volume of customer inquiries via email, social, and live chat while navigating multiple systems
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, shipping, and product detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all customer interactions in our CRM
  • Follow company procedures and keep communication aligned with our brand voice and values
  • Provide a minimum of 20 hours up to 40 hours per week of support after training (initial training ~10 hrs per week)
  • Be available during at least one of the following shift windows: 6AM-2PM EST, 10AM-6PM EST, 2PM-10PM EST, or 6PM-2AM EST
  • Weekend and holiday availability required
  • Commit to a temporary, remote role lasting 12-18 weeks
  • Attend training starting in November

WHAT WE WANT TO SEE: 

  • Experience in a customer-facing role (e-commerce or retail preferred)
  • Strong computer skills; able to navigate multiple systems and type at least 40 WPM
  • Working knowledge of Kustomer (or another CRM) Shopify, or Netsuite is a big plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and efficiently
  • Meet and maintain individual KPIs (response time, resolution count, customer satisfaction, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and thorough record-keeping
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Reliable, high-speed internet, a personal computer, and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

  • Position will be remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.)  

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • The starting hourly range for this role is $17 - $19. Starting offers within that range will factor in work location, skills, background, and years of relevant experience
  • Seasonal Customer Care agents receive a free monthly product allowance to experience our amazing items first hand
