L’Ingénieur électricien fait partie intégrante de l’équipe de R&D en participant à toutes les phases du développement de produits et des processus de production; vous agirez principalement à titre d’expert au niveau de la planification, de l’élaboration, de la conception et de la réalisation de nouveaux produits.  Vous collaborerez au  développement des équipements et des technologies de pointe qui amélioreront la performance des joueurs et l’expérience des utilisateurs.

Fonctions et responsabilités essentielles de l’emploi:

  • Concevoir et développer des prototypes électromécaniques en fonction des spécifications et des exigences du produit.
  • Participer à l’analyse, la conception, la modification et la mise en œuvre de systèmes électriques et mécaniques complexes.
  • Réaliser des tests et des simulations pour garantir la performance, la fiabilité et la sécurité des systèmes.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour résoudre les problèmes techniques et améliorer les processus de production.
  • Préparer et maintenir la documentation technique, y compris les schémas, les manuels et les rapports d’essais.
  • Assurer la conformité aux normes de l’industrie et aux règlements de sécurité.
  • Fournir un soutien technique pendant les phases de mise en production des produits.
  • Effectuer des analyses de défaillance et proposer des solutions correctives.

Exigences:

  • Baccalauréat en génie électromécanique, génie électrique, génie mécanique ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
  • Être membre de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
  • Connaissance approfondie des systèmes électromécaniques, des composants électriques et mécaniques.
  • Compétences en CAO (Conception Assistée par Ordinateur) et utilisation de logiciels de simulation (ex. : AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
  • Excellente capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Bonnes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Connaissance des normes de sécurité et des réglementations de l’industrie.
  • Connaissance des technologies émergentes en électromécanique et des tendances dans le domaine des équipements sportifs.
  • Capacité de voyager à l'étranger (États-Unis et Asie) 15% du temps.

The Electrical Engineer is an integral part of the R&D team, participating in all phases of product development and production processes; you will act primarily as an expert in the planning, development, design and realization of new products.  You will collaborate on the development of cutting-edge equipment and technologies that will enhance player performance and user experience.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop electromechanical prototypes based on product specifications and requirements.
  • Participate in the analysis, design, modification and implementation of complex electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Carry out tests and simulations to guarantee system performance, reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical problems and improve production processes.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, manuals and test reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support during product release phases.
  • Perform failure analysis and propose corrective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years' experience as an Electrical Engineer with in-depth knowledge of electromechanical systems, electrical and mechanical components.
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
  • Proficiency in CAD (Computer Aided Design) and the use of simulation software (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of emerging electromechanical technologies and trends in sports equipment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and industry regulations.

  • Ability to travel abroad (USA and Asia) 15% of the time.
