Want to join our team as a Sr. Brand Manager?

In this strategic role, you will lead the commercialization, execution and lifecycle management of our entire product portfolio. As the Sr. Manager of the brand team, you will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and implementing an innovation roadmap that aligns with key marketing and business objectives. You will engage deeply with consumers to drive insights, collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage category P&Ls. We are looking for a consumer-obsessed, strategic, collaborative, and creative thinker who thrives on processes, drives results, and enjoys working within a team.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of 1-2 that leads the end-to-end management of the Maverik and Cascade product lines, from strategy to market execution.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, R&D, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to develop & execute seasonal product category plans.
  • Accountable to deliver sales and profit results in line with the seasonal product category plans.
  • Capture and leverage consumer insights, market research, and trend analysis to shape product direction and inform marketing strategies.
  • Define and implement go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Support creation and management of product-related materials, including catalogs, hangtags, pricing systems, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate on website content and product updates.
  • Support event activation and on-site brand representation.
  • Support sports marketing procurement and partnerships.
  • Contribute to creative conception and execution for product launches and campaigns.
  • Oversee category and portfolio-level P&L, driving profitability through revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and deliver engaging presentations for both internal and external audiences.
  • Facilitate and assist with process management and status updates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information across internal systems and digital platforms.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to cross-functional partners and junior team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in brand or product management, preferably in consumer products, sporting goods, footwear, or apparel with strategic and analytical capabilities.
  • Must have directly managed a person or team to achieve results, as well as inspire learning and personal development.
  • Experience in identifying essential information necessary for developing a product and brand strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement, conduct, and synthesize consumer and market insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint): data entry, formulas/functions, data visualization, pivot tables.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent information seeking skills and detail oriented with ability to seek creative viable solutions to any given situation.
  • Ability to create a vision and implement a cross-functional team's goals and objectives.
  • Strong communication skills (written/verbal), including demonstrated ability to deliver effective presentations.
  • Adjust quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group and fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge or significant interest in Men’s & Women’s Lacrosse is a plus.
  • Travel as needed and/or required by essential job functions.
