Key Responsibilities

  • Carpentry Excellence: Perform framing, trim, and finish work with a high level of detail.

  • Remodeling & Upgrades: Lead and assist in transforming kitchens, bathrooms, and interior living spaces.

  • Installation: Expertly install doors, windows, cabinetry, and drywall according to project specs.

  • Plan Execution: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts to ensure every cut is accurate.

  • Site Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all all times.

  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the rest of the Bax Homeworks team to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.

Required Skills & Physical Demands

  • Trade Knowledge: Proven carpentry skills and a deep understanding of modern construction methods.

  • Tool Mastery: Proficiency and safety-first mindset with all hand and power tools.

  • Precision: A sharp eye for measurements and the ability to follow complex instructions.

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work comfortably in various weather conditions and job site environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in carpentry or residential remodeling.

  • Reliability: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are essential.

  • Independence: The ability to take a task and run with it with minimal supervision.
