BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a full-time Client Services Manager for our Assistive Care office in Tinton Falls, NJ. This office provides best-in-class non-medical home care to adults and seniors, helping them live safely at home with comfort, dignity, and independence.

As a Client Services Manager (CSM), you are the central coordinator of care in the office. You will:

  • Ensure that clients receive consistent, high-quality services
  • Support and engage our home health aides and caregivers
  • Partner closely with the clinical manager and director to grow and sustain a healthy caseload
  • Help BAYADA reach more people who want to remain safely at home through assistive care services

 

Responsibilities for a Client Services Manager – Assistive Care

In this role, you will:

Client & caregiver coordination

  • Manage a caseload of Assistive Care clients, ensuring schedules are filled and services are delivered reliably
  • Coordinate day-to-day staffing and scheduling for personal care and companion services
  • Communicate regularly with clients, families, and caregivers to understand needs, resolve issues, and maintain a high-quality experience
  • Monitor and respond to open shifts, cancellations, and coverage gaps to prevent service interruptions

Referral management & growth

  • Receive and process referrals from hospitals, discharge planners, payors, and community partners
  • Partner with clinical team and director to convert referrals to active cases quickly and smoothly
  • Track billable hours and caseload growth, contributing to office productivity and financial health

Field staff support & engagement

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with home health aides and caregivers
  • Support caregivers with schedule changes, questions, and concerns, escalating issues appropriately
  • Collaborate with recruiting and clinical leaders around onboarding, compliance, and performance of field staff

Office teamwork & operations

  • Collaborate daily with the director, clinical manager, and office team to achieve goals in client satisfaction, staffing, and retention
  • Use BAYADA systems (e.g., scheduling and documentation platforms, Workday, email, and reports) to manage caseload and workflows

Qualifications for a Client Services Manager – Assistive Care

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience (per office/division standard)
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, staffing, scheduling, or coordination in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage competing deadlines
  • Comfort using computers and learning new systems (scheduling, documentation, reporting)
  • Alignment with The BAYADA Way and a genuine desire to support clients, families, and caregivers

Preferred

  • Experience in home care, healthcare, senior services, or human services
  • Prior experience with scheduling / staffing or case management
  • Familiarity with the local community and service area

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time role: exempt
  • Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm
