
Enterprise Architect
The Enterprise Architect is a digital leader who promotes innovative thinking to apply technology to business problems to drive continuous improvement. This role will serve as a partner to engineering and business leaders to identify high value application of technology to the company’s most complex challenges focused on digital transformation, superior user experience, revenue growth, and cost savings. The Enterprise Architect serves as a trusted partner to leaders, balancing industry trends with organizational needs, generating innovative solutions to drive business growth.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exemplifies characteristics of The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence and reliability.
- Four (4) year college degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Four (4) + years of experience designing and implementing systems in a complex technical environment that includes requirements for at least one major regulatory framework such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and facilitating the implementation of enterprise-level technical strategies and roadmaps within mid- to large-sized organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to guide and execute projects, including updating legacy systems, migrating to the cloud, implementing SaaS solutions, integrating mergers or acquisitions, and addressing security or compliance challenges.
- Experience leading in an Agile/Lean environment and experience with widely adopted Agile/Lean frameworks.
- Ability to communicate software engineering concepts effectively and clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Expertise in technology trends, capabilities and requirements including AI/ML.
- Experience supporting Healthcare/Provider Operations is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Demonstrate and communicate the core values of BAYADA and The BAYADA Way.
- Develop working knowledge of BAYADA’s mission, services, people, organization, policies and procedures.
- Align IT infrastructure and applications with business processes and data to enhance efficiency and productivity, including mapping relationships between information systems components such as users, processes, applications, data, platforms, and networks.
- Identify key interactions and dependencies across systems and platforms.
- Evaluate the total cost of ownership and return on investment of various architecture alternatives.
- Develop strategy for solutions across applications and infrastructure.
- Track industry trends, novel solutions, start-ups, and market innovations to assess their relevance and potential within the home care market.
- Drive innovation and differentiate solutions and products to enhance business outcomes.
