As a Clinical Educator, you will lead and facilitate hands-on clinical simulation scenarios in our skills labs, supporting field staff in building confidence, clinical judgment, and patient safety skills. This role is perfect for nurses passionate about experiential learning, mentoring, and clinical excellence.
                
What You’ll Do            

  • Plan, lead, and evaluate clinical simulation scenarios in the lab environment
  • Support field staff orientation, ongoing development, and performance improvement
  • Conduct clinical chart reviews and utilization review reporting
  • Mentor and guide staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and compassionate care

Qualifications            

  • Current RN license in New York (multi-state/compact license preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of staff development or nursing education experience
  • Experience with orientation, clinical chart review, and performance improvement plans
  • Strong assessment, organizational, and independent problem-solving skills
  • Ambition to grow and advance within the organization

                
Schedule & Work Environment        

  • Full-time role: exempt        
  • Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm (flexibility for occasional extended hours)
  • Occasional travel for site visits, meetings, and community engagement
  • Participation in on-call rotation as needed
