BAYADA HOME HEALTH CARE is seeking a full-time Associate (Recruiting) for our Skilled Nursing office in North Brunswick, NJ. This developmental role is designed to support the current needs and future growth of the office while preparing the right person for long-term growth into recruiting or office leadership roles.

As an Associate (Recruiting), you will support the office’s recruiting efforts while helping manage a small caseload and contributing to day-to-day office operations. This role combines candidate-facing recruiting work with relationship-building, coordination, and operational support to help ensure both clients and field employees are set up for success.

Responsibilities for an Associate (Recruiting)

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a small caseload
    • Support day-to-day coordination for a defined group of cases while building the organizational skills and judgment needed for long-term growth within the office.
  • Support recruiting activities for the office
    • Help attract and engage candidates, manage prospect calls and inquiries, and support recruiting plans that help the office meet staffing needs.
    • Assist with sourcing and candidate engagement
    • Use foundational sourcing strategies, social media, and outreach techniques to identify candidates and build interest in BAYADA opportunities.
    • Support the interview and hiring process
    • Help screen candidates, coordinate next steps, prepare teams for interviews, and contribute to a positive, high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
    • Provide backup support to office recruiting and staffing efforts
    • Assist with urgent needs, communicate clearly with candidates and internal team members, and help the office stay organized and responsive as priorities shift.
  • Contribute to a high-performing, values-driven office
  • Model The BAYADA Way in all interactions, collaborate with team members, and actively participate in learning, development, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications for an Associate (Recruiting)

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in a related field preferred for an entry-level professional track recruiting role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fundamental computer skills and comfort learning systems and using social media for recruiting activities.
  • Alignment with The BAYADA Way: compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Preferred

  • Prior recruiting, home care, healthcare, customer service, or office-based experience.
  • Demonstrated record of goal achievement and follow-through.
  • Interest in long-term growth into recruiting or administrative leadership roles.

Schedule & Work Environment
Part-time role: non- exempt.
Between Monday–Friday, daytime office hours 8:30am- 5:00pm
